Prof. Lothar Mörl Receives Honorary Professorship from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (UCTM) Sofia

On 26 April 2016 the 25th anniversary of the German study programme "Chemical Engineering" at the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (UCTM) Sofia was celebrated with a ceremony. On this occasion, the UCTM granted deserving university teachers, who extensively governed the creation and continued existence of the programme, an honorary professorship from UCTM.
Among those honored was also Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Dr. h. c. Lothar Mörl of the FVST. Thanks to his personal commitment, 288 UCTM students have completed excursions, internship projects, and bachelor’s and master’s theses in Magdeburg.
The successful cooperation between UCTM and the FVST is to continue in the future.
