Pupils Internship in Process Engineering and Technical Cybernetics
The Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Systems and the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg organize an internship for pupils during both the easter and fall break. It is a fixed address for all who are interested in biology, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. The internship offers trials and experiments and provides insight into the everyday life of scientists.
The internship is offered every year in both the easter and fall break. It is aimed at students aged 16 and over from the upper class levels of university preparatory school with a focus on natural sciences and is intended to provide an insight into the professional world of engineering.
The next internship will take place during Saxony-Anhalt’s spring break from 10 until 13 April 2017.
The registration deadline is 10 March 2017.
The internship starts Monday at 10:30 and ends Thursday or Friday around 14:30. Experiments are conducted from 9:00 until 11:30 and from 13:30 until 16:00 in the afternoon. There is a lunch break in between.
From 12:30 to 13:15, research and study opportunities in Magdeburg will be presented in a popular scientific lecture.
In the afternoon, optional informational events will take place as part of a supporting program.
